Seating Policy:

Your entire party must be present to be seated. We do not seat partial parties.

Late Arrivals:

If you’re running late for your booked time, please call us at (646) 846-1487.

There is a 15-minute grace period past your booked time — unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a table after that point.

Dining with Infants/Children:

To ensure the best possible dining experience for all of our guests and maintain a comfortable and safe environment, children under the age of 5, including infants, are not permitted at the restaurant. If children are part of your party, we ask that they adhere to the same dress code as our adult guests.

Dress Code:

To maintain the ambiance of the dining experience for all of our guests, Golden Steer at One Fifth has a dress code of smart, elegant attire. Jackets are not required. Any guest who does not appear sufficiently well-presented may be refused entry. We do not permit flip flops, sweatpants, inappropriate clothing, baseball caps or beachwear.

Our restaurants provide a mature adult setting. If any children over the age of 5 are in attendance, the same dress code applies. Please be aware that any decision regarding permitting entry to the restaurant is entirely at the management’s discretion. Thank you in advance for your adherence.

Booth & Table Requests:

While we try our hardest to accommodate specific booth and table requests, we cannot guarantee them.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation or fail to appear without prior notice, you may be subject to a charge of $25 per person. To avoid any charges, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling requests before the end of the day by calling (646) 846-1487.
