Our USDA Prime steaks offer a perfectly balanced and marbled, juicy flavor sourced from the top 6% of beef in America. Each cut is purposefully wet-aged for 30 days to maximize tenderness, then hand-carved by our butchers to preserve their freshness. Steaks are immediately sealed, frozen, then shipped to you.
