How does an Auto-Delivery subscription work?
An Auto-Delivery subscription allows you to receive regular shipments of select Golden Steer products at scheduled intervals. You can manage the frequency and contents of your deliveries through your online account.
When will I be billed for my subscription?
You will be billed at the time of each scheduled shipment. Charges will be applied according to the billing cycle you selected during the subscription setup.
How do I make changes to an existing Auto-Delivery subscription?
Log in to your account and go to the "Auto-Delivery" section. From there, you can update your delivery schedule, change the products, or modify other subscription details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, log in to your account, go to the "Auto-Delivery" section, and select "Cancel Subscription." Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.
Why can’t I make changes to an upcoming shipment?
Changes to upcoming shipments may be restricted if the order is already in process or close to the shipping date. For assistance, please contact our customer service team.
What happens if the price changes for an item I've subscribed to?
If the price of a subscribed item changes, you will be notified of the new price before the next shipment. You can choose to continue with the updated price or modify your subscription as needed.
