We deliver within the continental United States. At this time, we are unable to process international orders or deliver to PO and APO/FPO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other U.S. territories.

Golden Steer makes every attempt to fulfill orders as promptly as possible; however, holidays and unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather may force exceptions to delivery.

What if my order is delayed due to weather?
Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to be delayed. Golden Steer will not be held responsible for shipment delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.
Why are my gel packs defrosted, thawed, or squishy?
The gel packs contain non-toxic gel, and it's normal for them to thaw during transportation and experience some condensation.
How do you dispose of the packaging?
Please recycle the packaging materials where possible. The insulated liners and gel packs should be disposed of according to local regulations.
How do I dispose of the gel packs that came with my order?
Gel packs can be disposed of in the trash. However, we recommend reusing or donating them since they are great for coolers!
What are the shipping gel packs made of?
Our Cold Ice refrigerants are made of 98% water and 2% organic cotton. The gel packs are reusable, non-toxic, biodegradable, and come in a recyclable wrapper.
Are the shipping gel packs non-toxic?
Our Cold Ice refrigerants are non-toxic, but they are not intended for human or animal consumption. Please keep them out of reach of children and pets.
